Pickup, return and inspections
Use the shared booking checklist and preserve the evidence received.
Before pickup
Open the booking’s readiness and inspection workspaces. Private directions become available only when the booking and adopted timing rules permit access. Follow the exact agreed pickup and return instructions.
Record the handover
Submit the required inspection photos and acknowledgements. If an upload is interrupted, return to the inspection workspace and check what was received before continuing.
Physical return, inspection agreement and financial resolution are separate recorded events. Record disagreements honestly and use support when the ordinary handover cannot proceed.
Use your recorded rental details
General guidance is maintained with the application. Your own accepted agreement and recorded workflow status determine the terms and actions available for a rental.
