Extensions and cancellations
Review each proposed change before it alters your rental.
More time
For a later return with the same car, use the extension flow in your booking. Availability, the revised agreement and any additional payment must be confirmed. Your existing booking remains the reference until the extension is applied.
Changed plans
For cancellation, review the calculation and terms shown in your booking before confirming. Cancellation and refund completion are separate. Contact support for changes the booking does not offer.
A linked replacement is a new rental with its own quote and consent. Original refunds remain separate; a replacement does not imply credit or an automatic money transfer.
Use your recorded rental details
General guidance is maintained with the application. Your own accepted agreement and recorded workflow status determine the terms and actions available for a rental.
