Payments, deposits and refunds
Read actual payment status without assuming what a redirect means.
Pending or uncertain results
Use the original booking or claim payment workspace to check the recorded result. An uncertain payment does not mean money failed to move. Do not assume a new payment is needed because a provider page timed out.
Separate money movements
The security deposit is separate from rental price. Its resolution follows the accepted contract, recorded return and claim position. A claim does not automatically decide liability or authorize a charge.
Refund approval and a provider-succeeded refund are different states. WiPay remains pending launch qualification, including the settlement evidence needed for host payouts. A booking payment status does not establish that funds are available to a host or have reached a bank; check the recorded earnings and payout status for current information.
Use your recorded rental details
General guidance is maintained with the application. Your own accepted agreement and recorded workflow status determine the terms and actions available for a rental.
