Identity checks and permission to drive are separate.
Prepare your evidence
You can browse without an identity check. Your driver verification workspace keeps identity results and driving-licence evidence separate. An identity check alone does not establish driving eligibility.
Enter the actual licence issue date. If you do not know when you first became licensed, leave the optional tenure date unknown; it requires review rather than an invented date.
Processing or changes needed
A provider return does not approve verification. Check the recorded result and follow the next permitted action. A renewed licence preserves previous evidence. A booking’s readiness checklist evaluates evidence for that particular trip.
Use your recorded rental details
General guidance is maintained with the application. Your own accepted agreement and recorded workflow status determine the terms and actions available for a rental.
